With 12+ years of experience the Defence industry as an Algorithms and Systems Engineer, Hui Fang went through the full software development cycle in Computer Vision and Applied Machine Learning from development, prototype to deployment in real operations.

She has received several Innovation Awards, including one to streamline Machine Learning research process to enable quick research iteration and evaluation, enabling much faster research progress. In 2023, she received the Defence Technology Prize (DTP) for a system to process large volume of imagery automatically, where she was the overall Technical Lead and System Engineer.

She founded RPA Scale Pte Ltd in 2024 to develop solutions to help businesses automate highly repetitive tasks.

She is probably a fun person to speak to about business, tech, quant and investing.
